LEED GOLD
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a globally recognized symbol of excellence in green building. LEED certification ensures lower electricity costs, reduced carbon emissions, and healthier environments for people to live, work, learn, play, and worship. In the United States, buildings account for nearly 40% of national CO2 emissions, but LEED-certified buildings reduce CO2 emissions by 34%, consume 25% less energy, use 11% less water,
and have diverted over 80 million tons of waste from landfills.
InterContinental Tashkent, located in the Trilliant Business Complex, is proud to be the only hotel in Uzbekistan to have achieved this prestigious LEED certification.
