What is Ember and what makes it unique?
Ember is the hotel’s signature restaurant, serving sushi, premium cuts and grilled dishes with an extensive beverage selection. It is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00, with lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and à la carte service from 14:30 to 23:00.
What is Embar?
On the 17th floor, Embar offers signature cocktails, themed events, live entertainment and panoramic city views. The indoor bar is open year-round, while the terrace operates seasonally. Embar is open daily from 12:00 to 02:00.
